Many of the companies with links and featured products at Do The Research offer frequent coupons, discounts, and other special offers. As these specials are time-limited, incorporating them into the site (and them removing them shortly thereafter) has been problematic, partly due to the large size of our site and the numerous companies and products we feature. It also seemed to shift attention away from some of the wonderful featured companies that consistently have promotions and do not forward information about them for us to post at our site. On the other hand, we know that our site's visitors want to know about specials when possible. It seems that blogs are ideal places for such information; you'll always know when the special was and it is convenient for us to let you know about them. Therefore, starting today, you'll be able to access coupons, discounts, and other special offers related to our featured companies and products in this blog! If it gets cumbersome, a separate blog will be initiated for the specials. Have fun saving while learning more about our featured companies and products! (Note that some ads for such specials change to new ads after the promotion, so some of the links to them will direct you to new special promotions and more savings even in old posts.)
